Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM MST)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Iron Soil Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with photos of the damage.
